Speak on it! I don’t get why people aren’t understanding that AS is next level pop perfection. It’s that song that even if you aren’t a Beyoncé fan people will be like “ok I can’t deny that”. It could be a signature if handled right.

It might do a little something in Brazil/UK/AUS/Germany/France/Sweden/The Netherlands, but how far up will it go? I guess you're right though. Might as well give it the INTL chance that "XO" and "Hold Up" never received when they were poised to take off internationally.

I’m a little scared that none of the songs will get choreo, I know it’s just a teaser but if the whole thing is set in a closed off hotel/penthouse how is she gonna bust out a move?

 

I love waking up everyday, seeing people complain about me criticizing Beys attitude towards promoting her album, only for them to straight serve delulu and post about single #2 and #3.

 

 

If u want a wakeup call: There's not going to be a single #2 or #3. Seeing how Bey has treated ST and Lemonade, we are done with Rennies rollout. Only the MVs are coming sometime in the future (at a point where most people have moved on) and thats it.  

 

 

Anyway, keep them "MY Top 5 off Rennie", "MY bottom 3", "Her best albums", "her trinitiy" rankings coming for the rest of 2022. So creative and never been done before. Thats all theres going to be for quite some time

I don't understand why her discography is doing worse than before despite Ren.

 

 

She used to do around 7/8M daily streams on Spotify.

Again, I want to preface that I don’t enjoy the way she handles her career lately, but what can you do about it? She’s made it very clear how she intends to handle her projects moving forward, that’s that. But personally I enjoy how Rennie is being handled currently, I’m still enjoying and

digesting the music and I look forward to seeing the visuals, album commentary, and the tour. I don’t care if the hype is gone or how others will receive it, my main concern will always  be of the quality. If parkwood wants to push the album and make it skyrocket on every chart in existence, I’m glad as they should! But since Bey doesn’t want that then idc.

And I’m not gonna sit here and lie and say that I don’t care about her getting the #1, damn did it feel good. Just a smidge of promo and she managed to pull it off. It would be amazing if she was more active, but you just have to keep expectations low with her

Tbh, I actually want that to happen. Being half in half out is not it. If she is really not interested in commercial success, go all out. And don't have your manager put up posts that they're going to do a great rollout. I also think the Hive should stop rewarding this behavior and just let her flop in peace if that's what she really wants. She's only surviving at the top because she has accumulated a very huge and loyal fanbase. 

She could do that but she also conveniently wouldn't be able to put an IG update of her when she went #1 on both charts with one finger up. Maybe she'll put 5 fingers up that time. She also couldn't brag about being "#1, the only one" , "top 2 and not #2" in her songs like she still does. 

Beyoncé is wrong.  It’s okay. But about this one thing, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter is incorrect. This era is bad. Infuriating because the album at the center of it is a masterpiece and a career best.

I would actually like to see what would happen if she completely went silent after an album release. I really wish I understood what the thought process is, I know that she doesn’t care, but the label has to care. This is still a product that has to be sold even if it's considered heartfelt, profit has to be made. It’s frustrating as a fan not seeing this getting the attention it deserves but it’s easier said than done to just boycott her projects and make her flop. 

I mean my meltdowns are usually just a symptome of me coming to terms with whats happening right in front of my eyes: Nothing. Maybe some of u are quicken realizing that and at peace, but I honestly fell for the few weeks of Illusion before the album rollout where it was tense, yet exciting. Now im starting to realize its the same old with her and that, once again, huge potential will be wasted.

 

 

Anyway, my theory is that that tactic of her (pretending she doesnt care and doesnt life an extra finger) is her go-to approach. Ive read several articles on that (I think they even posted one in the magazine of Wallstreet) explaining how Beys approach to her promotion puts her in a very unique, almost unapproachable position. Shes not the best seller by a long shot (shes far from clmpeting with someone like Taylor for instance), not the biggest hitmaker, yet it seems like common knowledge adressing her Queen. 

While her approach of not pretending to care is extremely annoying in times of success (like now), that same approach does wonders for her when she commercially flops (EIL and TG) BECAUSE she seems unbothered.

 

Eventually, it all gives her longevity, however in times like now it would be nice to see her and Parkwood strike that iron

That’s actually a pretty reasonable theory I can get behind. I don’t recall EIL or TG ever receiving widespread publications of their underperformances they kinda just came and went. I think it also helps that she already established herself as a brand/figure in pop culture thanks to her incredible entertainment skills. She will forever remain adored regardless of how well her future projects perform commercially so in that sense it’s not like she has to do too much to promote her albums. Oh to be a fly on the wall of a Parkwood board meeting

Lol. The meltdown will be a disaster and bigger than The Gift if she flops with her studio album. This base will be like how it was post TG and pre-REN. 

 

Idk for me I got the CD I got the music and that's it, I'll just keep listening to it then. If she promote or have something coming, I'll definitely be watching and support her. For time being, I'm busy with studies and all other things so I don't mind waiting. 

If it's comforting to anybody I've recently gotten into the universal loop theory which suggests that time works cyclically and the Universe is essentially in an infinite cycle and is both created and destroyed eternally to repeat exactly as it has previously and forever more. 

 

Deja Vu is basically when our brain remembers an exact moment in a previous cycle and we can perceive it.

 

On that note, we are basically stuck in a continous and eternal cycle that involves Beyoncé and forever will be. Her stubbornness in promoting her material is something we've dealt with trillions of times before and we'll continue to deal for the rest of eternity. 

 

I actually had a serious case of Deja Vu when I was watching the scene of Beyoncé cracking the egg on her titty in the I'M THAT GIRL promo video.

 

But in other words, make peace with Beyoncé because you literally have no other choice. We've decided to stan her and that's a decision for eternity, literally.

 

P.S if this theory checks out, we've also been complaining in this base an infinite amount of times. Cute.
