Eh I guess, but I find it funny how this website where everyone is so deep into disecting pop culture and making all sorts of analysis about pop girls careers fundmentally misunderstands Sabrina Sure on the surface she is this prototype of a hot blonde popstar and yeah Espresso is a huge pop hit and her most generic single since email but even there you can actually hear that she is much more than that Sabrina is super funny, smart and her songs both the singles and deep cuts are about her pov, she can be super messy and has this diaristic approach when it comes to the lyrics she writes, and I think that's the essence of who she is as an artist Having overproduced polished Max Martin songs just does not scream Sabrina Carpenter to me nor I think is the direction people who are fans would like her to go into

Really fun album I was little scared because before listening I saw the pitchfork review and some people saying how she lost her edge on tik tok. Outside of KGB production I haven't been that impressed with pre-release singles either But nicole kidman, boys,I am the man, marijuana, fantasize are all just fun Now Superscare and the entire EP were amazing, and this does feel like she is toning hat entire vibe down a little, but still the songs here are just fun pop songs I was so happy to see that Nicole Kidman is the next single, it's sooo so catchy. I do hope she gets at least 1-2 hit singles from this one because it's just enjoyable pop music, which is always welcome

agree, I pretty much only use reddit when I need some information because there you can find discussions among actual human beings, it's scary and sad.

I feel like this is one of the most underrated albums from a huge mainstream artist, the reason being that mixtapes before that are so iconic and then he blew up with Beauty Behind the Madness so Kiss Land just remains forgotten, but I genuinely believe this album remains some of his best work, it's cohesive and cinematic. Every song is so good. Love In The Sky is maybe his best non single ever.

I feel like everyone knows Billie is super successful (and also talented and acclaimed) and she does feel like the biggest star among her peers Both Billie and Olivia are great representatives of their generation, both talented and outspoken and have great discographies, we should uplift them not pit them against each other
