She was still getting hits in the 2000s while also being a huge legacy act. I think this massively broadened her potential concert audience. Sadly, without any hits since I doubt she still has this pull. Do you remember following Celebration tour? We were regularly concerned abt US arena dates not selling Even MDNA had significant drops in attendance across the same venues as S&S. Their albums are usually concept albums and their EPs usually make some kind of series (e.g., Map of the Soul) with multiple installations until a final studio album to close out the series. It is also just faux art nonsense as well. The songs are mostly bought western demos with no musical concept. All the concept is in the 'visual styling' of the era which is what the girlies are consuming anyway.
