i just don't see why she would lie about re-recording it honestly. she's only told one true lie about her art in her career, maybe two.

i honestly have zero belief that rep tv was actually finished in early 2024🤷when would she have recorded it? she was working on THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT between tour stops for all of 2023, meaning she knew rep tv definitely didn't need to be done for a 2024 release, so not then. January-May 2022 she was doing Midnights. summer, she was probably doing 1989. we know she was doing Speak Now in December, and maybe also November. those two re-recordings being done then makes sense, since she planned to release the following year. in January 2024, she was spotted at Electric Lady several times, yes, but i assume that this was for debut vault or earlier TS12 sessions. that gives zero possibilities for her to have logically recorded rep tv. maybe she worked on it in summer 2024 when she was in Sweden, before she fully switched to The Life of a Showgirl.
