It shows in Missy's Linkedin that she's now in charge of overall artist operations for HXG. So rather than just managing KATSEYE day to day, she's in charge of all artist leads, so whoever the day to day manager of PRELUDE will be when they debut will report to Missy — as well as all other HXG acts going forward

That actually makes the most sense. If we take all the clues, Manon only unfollowed Missy but still follows Mitra. I think Manon will star a solo career under HXG. Mitra also liked the Coach post of Manon. Wouldn't be surprised if HXG is already working behind the scenes to launch Manon solo and they're just getting everything in line before they pull the trigger and announce her KATSEYE exit

But since Missy was promoted, I imagine Manon is also negotiating that her future team has little to no ties to Missy going forward — if that's really what created all this mess in the first place

with all of this info tbh I think the Manon issue is most likely a management side problem + her having issues with management themselves. These girls are clearly overworked but are v diligent and she's probably advocating for ALL of them to have more work/life balance, add the lazy allegations and its easy to create a picture where management probably hates her.

that's just me making up delulufics though because i can't imagine these 6 girls going all out only to secretly hate each other. if i had to work with someone for at least a few years i'd have to actually try my best to like them and get along with them esp in this line of work on a personal level.
