it had a much better start than both, so we'll see but I think it's unlikely it'll stay afloat as well considering Gabriela was more commercial/radio friendly and Gnarly also had a big novelty factor.. they prob already have another single planned and coming soon enough as already speculated

My bestie in LA is a dancer and is friends with someone who know's Megan and apparently what happened was Manon kept missing rehearsals and schedules and HYBE made the girls vote if they would like to keep Manon in the group or not and they all unanimously voted to kick her out.

I personally don't believe it but that's what dancer gays in LA told my friend LOL also that all the Megan party stuff is accurate asf

This is the trope Hybe wants you to believe. Manon kept up with those girls and also better than a few of them. Love Sophia but that girl is the weakest dancer and gets outshined by all of them. They' were also doing 14hour rehearsals for the same old performance they do every other day. The girls are starting to fall apart per that behind the scenes they released. Wouldn't be surprised if they performed as 4 in Korea. Someone is bound to get hurt.

Manon seems to want better working conditions and good for her. Some tik tok person said she had issues with a few of the girls so I wouldn't be surprised if the "tea" is partially true.

Also I just find it had to believe; she was excited for Coachella; the era, she was looked in during the Grammy season campaign.

The problem is they don't really have a fanbase outside of X. I don't think they appeal to kids and unfortunately they are the demographic that's mass-streaming.

Katseye seem kinda famous in the UK, i've heard several people mention them but never heard anyone talk about Flo. Americans seem to have replaced the UK girls this decade.

I still have a lot of questions about what happened ofc and don't shoot the messenger (I love Manon and wish they remained 6 as I've said all over this thread) but a reliable Popjustice member (I believe they work/have worked with their team; they knew they were gonna shoot this comeback right after her hiatus was first announced per example among other things this past year) basically just confirmed the Missy thing is the only fan theory that is correct/related to her leaving the group.. her promotion meant she would have even more control over the girls and Manon didn't fw that so she pretty much stopped showing up not really sure what this means in terms of her contract/future but if true then I feel for the other girls even more
