I'm Asian Persuasion

Mexican/Hispanic/Latino from those options I guess but I feel like that's more of an ethnicity. I know latinos who are blonde/blue eyes, I know a Peruvian coworker who looks Korean. Brazil has the biggest black population outside of Africa.I feel like we are one of the most mixed people in the world. You can be white, black, Asian, indigenous and call yourself a Latino. I think culture/language/religion/nationality binds us Latinos more than race.

There are 19 countries in Latino America (Spanish), plus Brazil (Portuguese) so it doesn't make sense group us all Latinos under "Mexican" lol

"Mexican/Latino/Hispanic" is not a race. I'm puerto rican but racially I identify as white only because of my ancestry however other puerto ricans may identify as multiracial or black. My brother did a dna test a few years ago and his results showed 94% European mainly because my father's side are spaniards with a little bit of german and danish. Me, my father and all four of his grandparents all have blonde or brown hair, blue eyes and roman noses. It wouldn't be fair to identify as a POC when I've never had to deal with the struggles of racism. My first name is hispanic but my last name is Danish because of my great great grandfather who was from Denmark but moved to PR. My case is rare though as the average puerto rican is mixed.
