Tbf, it's just that one pic it doesn't look that bizarre in video and that performance is actually pretty good.

Although this is her best and easily stomps over that.

Also, can't really hate the tributes era not only because it laid the foundation of her brand repair but also gave us so many career highlight vocal showcases - You've Got A Friend, I Wish, Sound of Music.

the double whammy of that announcement + Oscars/SOM tribute was so fun...her first big mainstream moment post-ARTPOP and it felt like there was finally forward momentum in her career again.
