Bey can still hit all/most of those notes. It just takes a little more effort since her tessistura has lowered.

Red/Brown/Yellow all refer to the various hues and undertones of Black Americans, and can imply (in certain contexts) mixed heritage. However, they do not refer to Europeans, Indigenous Americans, etc. I can understand why it might be thought that redbone refers to (a very outdated and racist) term for Indigenous Americans, but it's not that.
