I don't know much tbh, last year I was told she still intends to drop visuals (under the context that she had not finished shooting all planned visuals still). I don't know when Act 3 is dropping, I don't know if it's dropping with visuals, I don't know when the next tour is happening etc. Take into account I don't work on anything related to her and anything I hear is from passing contacts at specific dates, I don't have like a constant information flow.

The good, yet hugely annoying thing about Bey is that she's relatively unpredictable.

Outside of the Harper's Bazaar Rennie blurb thing, she doesn't really "do" Easter eggs. It's honestly one of the things I imagine other fandoms ala the Swifties get over us.

BMS dropped out of nowhere, the Super Bowl commercial was generally an unanticipated gag and gallop straight into CC era.

We all thought the Christmas Halftime post-performance commercial was the transition into Act III. Nope. We all anticipated another tour movie. Again, nope.

And while I think the Met Gala feels like the most surefire sign of the Act III era, as others have rightly pointed out, the same woman did the Halftime Show and most of 2013 sans any new music, flouting any expected rollout norms of then or now when given such a huge platform.

Not to mention the general "what's going on-ery" of this trilogy era.

The most predictable thing about Bey these days is her touring strategy relative to the enormity of her star, motherhood, and working smarter, not harder. It's stadiums only, which significantly narrows the frame down to like April-Sept. This is even before the trilogy. But in the context of the trilogy, it's album first, tour the year after. IMO, to pace everything and not cannibalize her touring power by being on the road in consecutive years. If she were to tour Act III this year, that's less than a year after CCT. Not happening.

Anything else is anyone's guess lol.

Thats why im 100% convinced she dropped easter eggs in those SB pics this year with the burger and the puerto rican flag. That seemed WAY too posed and intentional to not he anything but a cute pic.
