This comment made me curious and I looked up Beyonce's touring Mexico and according to Wiki, it appears her last Mexican concert was in 2013 in a small arena and an unsold-out date.

Which is crazy considering all the MPG's tour Mexico: Shakira, Katy Perry, Gaga, Mariah, and more!

 

So my question is... why does Beyonce not tour Mexico?? It's really interesting to me considering she is supposed to be a global superstar...

The hive can do the same with "global latin icon" Shakira and her "tour power" in the UK o Germany or France or Australia and more

Mexico and most latam stan POP stars, Beyonce was one in the 00s, she ascended musicianship in the 2010s and her music became less accessible to the global markets

 

She would definitely have a successful tour if she did, I think she could do a stadium date, but honestly her music is just not what LATAM consumes these days

 

So is not a surprise she is doing less there

I'm from Mexico but she was never been big here, of course we know her but she has never been big

Maybe if she book Mexico shows it could do well, not sure but her name is recognized. 

Beyonce could easily sell out multiple Foro Sol shows in Mexico just by her name alone.

That is gigantic. Australia only has 20m people, so 1 in 100 people there attended the tour 

Population ratio wise it's the equivalent of selling 3m+ tickets and grossing 500m+ in the US alone.

The Shakira/Bey beef is beyond forced. They're practically even in every metric and the Stan's on both side start barking every other day when one out-streams the other. It's so pointless.

There was the touring industry before COVID and there was the touring industry after COVID. Entertainment is in such high demand right now. If Beyonce toured Mexico today, it would be in stadiums.

I just found it interesting how you mentioned Shakira finally found a market, when that same market you speak of - your fave hasn't toured in over a DECADE. Shakira is going back to tour that same market you mentioned over and over again just to meet demand.

Everyone is doing well in Mexico at the min. It's having a boom in touring. Beyonce could be part of it if she wanted.

Beyonce chooses not to extend her tours. it's not because she can't tour these places like you're suggesting.
