      Chromatica is basic for Gaga's standards but it's still a very solid pop album and fits into her discog easily.   Trashcanne is so basic, try-hard, shallow, sticks out like a dirty and ugly

    I totally agree.

     

    Joanne is hard to get it into but when you do, you appreciate it for what it has to offer.

     

    Chromatica is way more easy listening but it feels too literal and brings nothing new or exciting to Gaga's discography.

    Joanne has no replay value for me and is her weakest album 

    I love Joanne 
    still waiting for that full ballad album from her though

    Chromatica for all. Joanne sounds like someone going through an identity crisis and I'm saying this as a Joanne apologist. Chromatica is not my favorite album of hers but it is a cohesive body of work despite the heavy stuff she was going through. 

    Y'know, I was pretty heavy into both of them when they each came out. I loved Joanne for its rougher vocals on Perfect Illusion and AYO, and I think I really wanted any kind of new dance music from Gaga during Chromatica because even the lead single thrilled me for a period of time.

    Years later, I will still check out tracks from Joanne (never Million Reasons or the bonus tracks, mind you), but there is only 1 or 2 that I'll check out from Chromatica, and I have to be really in the mood for them.

     

    Joanne's album cover sucks tho, that doesn't change.
