Jay Z scrambles to avoid paternity test

Featured Replies

Yeah the rape allegations turned to be false. Remember Beyonce's big fake smile in the red carpet. She was just nervous putting a fake smile. Even if the accusations are false, your man being accused of rape is still stressful so of course she was worried.

Not sure about this, a DNA test could really help the case if the allegations are false. Best to remain quit until proven otherwise.

For years, Rymir has been trying to get a court-ordered paternity test to prove it. But so far, nothing's come of it — no swabs, no DNA drama, just a whole lot of legal paperwork and closed doors. The courts have ruled against him multiple times. Eight times, actually.

Quote

Fast forward to now, and Jay-Z's legal team just filed not one, but two 40-page motions (yes, you read that right — 80 pages total) basically saying: this case has no legs, it should never have been filed, and please, let's not do this again.

Here's what's in the motion, in plain English:

No Jurisdiction – Jay-Z is saying the court doesn't even have the legal authority to rule on this case. Basically, "You can't judge me, your Honor."

No Standing – He's also arguing that Rymir doesn't have a legal leg to stand on, because the case has been dismissed so many times already.

Eight Previous Rulings – Jay-Z's team is asking the judge to officially acknowledge that there have already been eight court decisions (some dating back to 2010) that didn't result in Rymir getting a paternity test. They're basically saying: "We've done this. We're done."

Quote

Right now, the judge has to decide whether to accept Jay-Z's motions to dismiss. If the motions are granted, the case could finally be put to rest — for good. But if not? Things might get even messier.

on a real note, if he is so sure he isnt the father then why is he not simply doing the test? It will bring his alleged son a lot of closure to see the results being negative so both can move on.

You shouldn’t give validity to crazy ass claims. Then everyone would take you to court and expect you to be given the time of day

Because there is no real evidence he is the father of that person? That would mean you could just accuse anyone of being your parent and get them to make a paternity test wihout any reasoning at all :rip:

Am fully on Jay Z side, as long as the accuser can't provide serious evidence, why should he give in and make himself more vulnerable by making it an even bigger story? And even with a negative test people would still pretend he faked it. He would just give the accuser the attention he craves in order to get a big sum of money as a settlement from the carters
