Am fully on Jay Z side, as long as the accuser can't provide serious evidence, why should he give in and make himself more vulnerable by making it an even bigger story? And even with a negative test people would still pretend he faked it. He would just give the accuser the attention he craves in order to get a big sum of money as a settlement from the carters

this isnt true. His own mother said jay-z is his father? she said this before she passed away. if you read into the story you will understand the perspective from the alleged son a lot better.

A smart man in his position would not take the test. He has more to lose from taking it then not. Even if he's 99% sure he's not the father, in the unlikely event that he is, it brings a major scandal.

If he does the test so many people will slap the same lawsuits against him. I don't like Jay-Z, but the way some of y'all seem to be purposefully ignoring a very blatant smear campaign because you don't like the man is so annoying.

Girl that is a lie. Why would random people slap lawsuits that Jay-Z is their father? Thankfully, most people on Earth know who their father is. This man has a credible argument why he believes Jay-Z is his father because his OWN MOTHER always said that he is his dad throughout his youth and before she died she supported the case? Do you really think she would lie to him? I think that the mother saying he is the father should be key evidence for a case.

because this would set a legal precedent for not just Jay Z, but any powerful person. anyone could make up a story about "my dead mother told me when I was younger and didn't even know who she was talking about that [insert celebrity/politician/billionaire etc.] is my biological father." then these people would have to be taking court-ordered paternity tests every week.

 

not to mention a paternity test, like most tests, can have a false positive result. it's a negligible probability when you're taking 1 test, but if every week there's a new "child" coming out of the woodworks, and you're ordered to do the test for each and every one, then that probability increases drastically. 

That snout nosed clown Rymir isnt asking for a paternity test. He's mad that the previous dismissals had a judge order liens on his godmothers property for Jays court fees. Now he's "distressed" and claims the courts are against him. Jay needs to put this in the music and blow everyone's spot up. Theres a heavier campaign against him than Diddy and other known abusers. All because of who his wife is.

That was his mother's job. She hasnt been dead long. She lied, and her orignal affidavit sounds like someone who was mad that she couldn't get child support out of the original presumed father.

What his own mother said isnt credible. And its up to Rymir as a grown man with his own kids to do the research and establish cause.

 

Wanda lied for nearly 18 years and wanted to sue the orignally presumed father for child support. When she was alive for a whole decade throughout this ordeal, she could not establish a relationship with Jay and dodged calls from Jays lawyers. The courts rightfully kept denying for various reasons, but most notably, there was no cause to compel Jay yo take a test. That one pic floating around of Jay with a woman is a previous ex girlfriend.

I'm literally crying this is such a sad story. I hope he gets whatever he deserves in life. You have no idea how hard it is not knowing who your father is as someone who went though something similar this breaks my heart.
