Jay Z scrambles to avoid paternity test

Featured Replies

Rymir Satterthwaite, now in his 30s, has alleged for over a decade that the Roc Nation mogul is his father.

A federal judge has now ruled that Jay Z must comply with a court ordered paternity test by July 18.

Previous court cases were dismissed due to "jurisdiction issues," and Jay-Z's legal team repeatedly blocked DNA testing.

Jay-Z and his legal team are already scrambling to challenge this—once again trying to dismiss these claims as "harassment" and asking for additional time to respond.

What are everyone's thoughts on this?

I feel like if he knows there's no validity to these claims, he should just take the test and make this go away. Why has he been dodging this for over a decade now?

Of course, if it turns he is in fact this man's father, this would mean that he impregnated a 15 year old.

Imagine having Beyonce as your step mother

  • This is giving that woman who claims to be the love child between Janet & Chico Debarge.

mess... if he is the dad then that means he impregnated a 14-16 year old as an adult

This is ******* stupid, you know how much this would open celebs up to? Any weirdo who likes like you can just ask for your DNA, be forreal!

I find the narrative that "if he is not the father, why not take the test" so dumb. Like obviously Jay wants to set a precedent that bullshit cases to garner attention/money have no leg to stand on.

!!!

Take the test and let somebody go to prison. Either way a heinous crime is being committed here.

Well, not really.

He is not the first, nor last celebrity to ever have someone claim to be their child.

If he knows he's not the father, why can't he just take the DNA test and sue him once the results come back?

This must be his 20th child. All the ones who have tried this already

Why did I know it was going to be a barb who made this thread before even opening it?

We never give af if a random nobody does it. Why would we care if he does? :deadbanana2:

I swear this racial bias sh*t is EXHAUSTING. This narrative that black fathers always leave their children is so TIRED. I'm almost 100% sure if Jay-Z knew that was his child he'd support him or her. He has the money and means to do it.

Also the fact that a Barb posted this is so funny. Y'all got bigger things to worry about than Jay-Z taking a paternity test. Perhaps, not having your entire fanbase defend a woman who supports multiple rap!sts maybe? :deadbanana2:

I wouldn't expect a Barb to understand it. Jay giving attention to cases as such only invites more cases. It's basically a defamation of character and by acknowledging it (through taking test) you give more attention and substance to it.

of course, it's barb. lol

the tweet litereally says "Jay-Z was ordered to respond by July 18"

the reponds here is legal reponds to claims, not the parternity test.

the linked us weekly has nothing about parternity test by July 18, same with daily mail

"The judge has yet to rule on the matter."

"Satterthwaite, 31 filed the federal lawsuit against Jay-Z on May 6. The case, filed without a lawyer"

In 2017, Rymir and Lillie filed a civil rights complaint to Judge Glenn A. Grant for violations that included not following normal procedures for court services based on gender, class, and retaliation.

They also filed civil rights complaints to New Jersey's Attorney General, the Governor of New Jersey, various New Jersey senators and the Judicial Conduct Board in New Jersey.

They repeated the civil rights violations complaints to the same parties again in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Once again, all of the cases were dismissed.

You can't really expect a Barb to read can you?
