There's been a lot of recent discussion on ATRL about which artist could be crowned the female heir to Michael Jackson's legacy; Beyoncé's show-stopping performances and vocal mastery, mirroring MJ's perfectionism, to Dua  genre-blending global domination (reminiscent of Thriller era innovations). Newer contenders like Doja embody his playful eccentricity and viral magnetism, while Normani's gravity-defying dance precision and Tinashe's avant-garde choreography echo his physical artistry. Even Shakira's hip-shaking global appeal and Ciara's razor-sharp footwork pay homage to the King of Pop's influence.   But who truly earns the title? The vocal dynamo Beyoncé? The dance savant Normani? The creative shapeshifter Doja Cat? Or is MJ's spirit now dispersed across a generation of artists, each inheriting a different facet of his genius?  ATRL decides!

Michael Jackson could dance and perform circles around Normani. Plus, I find it funny you aren't bringing up vocal talent. And no, I don't wanna hear how Normani can auto tune a whistle note onto Wild Side. Michael Jackson was a one of a kind.
