We need something to keep us going until about mid July and August, Cardi has the hype right now and this could help if the song remains stable!

They should go all out for this song. There's no such thing as a real lead single. She won't get this much hype again. Just get the ball rolling. The 2nd song never gets as much hype as the 1st one.

 

Outside = a more relatable Enough. It's strong ENOUGH to launch a roll out.

Outside is catchy as fvk and just what the streets want from her. 

 

We need a MV and performance QUICK but by the time they get that ready it'll already be too late....

She should premiere the video on Friday. Have Stefon fine ass in it and Cardi kissing and licking the **** out of him. I'd reply that video like there's no tomorrow

Realistically speaking, if she hasn't filmed a music video for this yet, how fast could she shoot one and get it out? Music videos (quality ones, at least) usually take a while to prepare, shoot, edit etc. I don't want her to launch the era with a cheap, rushed video just for the sake of it. We need something that matches the aesthetic and caliber of the album cover/campaign so far.

She could literally shoot it on her iphone. Outside doesn't need a big expensive video.

If it's the usual cgi infested video she loves to do it's gonna take while. I pray she just films something silly & fun out in the streets of NYC and gives late 90s/early 00s realness.

She shot the video for Like What in three days and that was very simple, a video for this song shouldn't take much, it should have been shot when they realized they wanted to drop the song. 

 

EDIT: The song is back to #1 on iTunes.

OK, the more I think about it, the more I like it. She can give us Red Barz/Pull Up Cardi for the Outside campaign, then serve the expensive video for the next more commercial single in August!
