Spotify is more pop friendly. 

Cardi has defined herself as a hip hop friendly artist. She'll do better on Spotify with more pop leaning features or singles but Spotify will always be her weakest format when she puts out a hip hop song. This isn't the case for a Kendrick or Drake pre 2024 but this is the case for Cardi.

 

At least the payola screams can't be used since radio is not spinning this like a new single and Spotify is doing so-so.

 

I have a feeling top 20 will be the debut and then once the album release she will release those website versions that Billboard stopped counting for week 1 as well as streaming for the album will give it a peak higher than top 20/15 but for now i"m sure they'll release iTunes versions to give it a boost.

She is lazy AF...But song is good.

Only possible scenario for her to add WAP and Up on tracklist is IF she make this album 20+ tracks. 

15-18 new songs and rest of them her other hits. 

She can do like Maroon 5 and put the songs at the end in some type of B-side.

after the label just pushed for this song and it worked there's no way the album makes it out without WAP 

 

there's an easy compromise to just list a separate deluxeish version on streaming

Nah, that user is right. 7 years between an album is lazy. But she's not really a musician as much she's a tv personality and she doesn't prioritize it
