It's not even news. They parted ways at the very end of 2024, so she released the Choose Ur Fighter song by herself on New Year's day because she has rights to all her music. The deal was an exclusive recording contract through her own LLC and was signed in 2022, so potentially it ran its course and they (Columbia) didn't see anything worth developing moving forward after last year.
