So imagine one day you woke up in the body of X-men Jean Grey. After doing it raw doggy style with Cyclops for 5 hours and then watching him and Wolverine going at it for 3 hours you have the power to venture into space or the ocean completely unharmed

 

which of these two areas would NOT want to go to despite being safe to do so. Imagine all of the creepy sea life in places where no man has gone

 

your psychic bubble provides a light source btw 

You can send a mind projection as well if you don't want to go in person too

 

I would take my chances with space.  Deep sea feels like it would New York time square kind of crowded. Turn a light on and everything would just be moving all around

I think the existence of unknown creatures makes deep sea a tad bit scarier, but I'd rather just continue getting my life from Cyclops than do either, per the OP

Space fascinates me and I spend a lot of time watching space related documentaries. But all I find in the deep sea is death. 

Deep sea is limited and has a boundary, however seemingly infinite it may be. It still exists within a finitely measurable space. Space, on the other hand, is just an abyss of infinity—seemingly. There's no telling what's happening elsewhere across the galaxy, let alone on the other side of the universe. I think the possibilities are both scarier and more realistic the further you go out into space.

Deep Sea. I'll never be in space but I could always end up in the middle of the ocean

More men have explored it though so I'd say it's more iconic

id prob go with space since its actually endless and we are just insignificant compared to the cosmos

I don't care about space, but the ocean scares me af.

Personally the deep sea/ocean. There's something about space that my mind, spirit, and body are drawn to. I often feel like Earth isn't my home and I have a specific connection to the cosmos that most either deem as too crazy and just laugh or don't take the time to understand.

I actually think this so why I would prefer the deep ocean, space would be so inhabitable that nothing could live there.

Space is more fascinating, ocean is scary.

At least you know there's water in the deep ocean. What would you do in the middle absolute nothingness?
