Not him  I was fuming watching his loser reaction last week it’s clear that he let comments and opinions from puta Stans in his comments section get to him because he went in with preconceived notions (far beyond the disgust normally generated by ME!th alone) 

His disdain for repetitiveness was so annoying, I fear for when he listens to puta which is even more repetitive 

I mean, he had the fckng nerve to come for The Godcher I will never forgive him

August and 22 being pinned on her TikTok would be such a great easter egg if it weren’t for the fact she has songs called August and 22 and is probably just pinning them to promote them randomly because it’s the month and year we are in  

I’m guessing vinyl production is still really delayed too? I wonder if there’s any realm where all TVs are done, mastered and pressed (or being pressed) and she made all the workers sign NDAs keeping them quiet or something so they’ll be ready to release when she needs to

 

my worry is if we get an announcement for say SNTV, it’s going to be another RedTV length wait while she waits for vinyls to be pressed

I think it’s gonna stay Patreon exclusive because it’s a full 1 hour and 45 minute video with no editing, and it’d probably be a headache to try to trim that down for YouTube. But I don’t know for sure, he didn’t mention his intentions in the post. I might be able to email you the .mov file though, if you’d want that? The Patreon upload was really just a Google drive download link for his video. DM me if you want to try that!

 

Also I know he did go kinda hard on Lover, but he did mention he honestly just didn’t relate to a lot of it which I think is a fair criticism. Also, in the Miss Americana watch party, by the end he mentions seeing her mindset post reputation and the making of Lover made him appreciate a lot of the songs and their meanings in a way he wasn’t able to when he listened to Lover last week.

 

also he loves Red and folklore so it’s not like his taste is lacking

I loved his initial reaction, but I wish he didn't double back on it and release that other video. Despite the fact that I don't really hate the album, it still is a fact that Lover is not up to the quality that Taylor is capable of leading up to it (Speak Now, Red, 1989, Reputation were all significantly better - and obviously folklore and evermore just shine past all of that). I related to a lot of his reactions on my initial listen.

He released a second video on Lover? I had no idea, I need to go check that out. ( Unless I’m misunderstanding )

 

Lover is my personal least favorite album of hers, it just feels too much like someone else’s attempt at making a Taylor Swift album, as a few others have said before

He deleted it, or intentionally only had it up for a few hours. But in it it was sort of like what Ajay did with Chromatica when the Gaga stans were mad about her not being into it.

Messs, I didn’t get to catch it but yeah I don’t think he needed to revisit it. It’s ok for reactors to not like albums, it makes me feel like they’re not just pandering to fanbases. I understand why Ajay ended up doing it for folklore, since she wasn’t prepared to digest that sound from Taylor, but the Chromatica revisit was purely a result of monsters bullying ha

For the SOTY nomination I read that the song had to be written within the past 5 years and since she was going around parading that she wrote the extended version during Speak Now tour rehearsals that may disqualify her   

Pretty sure that they know way before the nominations. When you submit stuff the Grammys check it and let you know if everything is correct. Sometimes they change genres, if you submit in urban and they think its more pop or somethig like that

If she finally announces the next rerecording and it is a 5+ month wait, the lashings here will be ruthless 

If nothing happens after the VMAs I fear we are getting nothing anytime soon..

another reason I think something may be coming is because we haven’t had a merch release in a while which is unusual. Like no August merch, no folklore anniversary merch… unless her team saw the lashings online about it and they’re just giving it a break for a while nnnn
