I like it and it will perfectly suit Stranger things edits. Swifties made thousands of bridgerton, heartstoppers, scarlet witch edits. But they are not taking advantage of Stranger things. 

Possible unpopular opinion: I prefer the original "Girl at Home" to Taylor's Version. The production just sounds messy to me and even though the original wasn't most people's favorite, I still liked it.

We need something from debut, sn, or 1989 to go viral so she has to acknowledge it and drop something.

 

She legally can't do anything with reputation yet so.

Both are the worst songs on their respective versions of Red, but Gaga At Home has always felt very emotionally plastic to me (because of the new production) in the same way that the original felt earnest

It honestly makes no sense to wait with the rerecordings, it should be in her best interest to release those ASAP so she can use them in movies etc and $cooter or whoever owns the masters gets less and less coins from her stolen versions... so obviously something must have happened imo
Maybe she had some ideas for TS10, so shes been recording that instead of the rerecordings and wants to build excitement by starving us or some legal stuff she has to take care of idk..

Also i feel like if the next TV was close she would have announced it by now to maximize the sales (this tactic clearly worked insanely well for Red TV)...so probably no release until October/November

I saw a lawyer analyzing why it would be a bad idea to release 1989 with the SIO lawsuit still underway because should she lose she'd have to pay even more money or something like that. No idea if it's factually correct but it definitely made sense in my mind. God I just wish that case could be fast-tracked, win or lose, so we can get the album

It’s stupid, of course  with more streams she and Max and Shellback, because all of them are songwritter, would have to pay more, the difference is that with SIO tv she is getting the master royalties too. If she doesn’t release the song and loose once she release in the future she would have to pay anyways

I've seen people talking about how it would or wouldn't affect the case and I honestly have no idea which side is right at this point. I have to believe that Taylor would've ANNOUNCED 1989 TV, let alone released it, by now if there wasn't something like legal drama stopping her, but at this point I honestly don't ******* know

Yall I might be a clown but I'm kinda starting to fall for the "she's staying silent and keeping it very lowkey to build hype for TS10" theories. Its starting to make sense to me. She saw how HUGE a re-recording of a 2012 album was and wanted to strike the iron while its hot. She's arguably at an all time career high right now (at least celeb status and likeability wise though) and she would love to take advantage of that and drop an album with new material instead of wasting it on another re-recording. 

 

If you asked me a year ago I'd say that she would never interrupt the re-recordings era but this **** is taking SO ******* long. She might drop TS10 and then finish the rest later before TS11 (coming in 2035) at her own pace.

 

 

Buckle up ladies, the psychedelic rock magnum opus and 4th AOTY is coming.

 

 

Also me tomorrow: we aint getting **** until Carolina in late June and possibly Speak Now later this year.

 

What's concerning is we don't have an announcement and we haven't heard anything about vinyls being made.
