I think there's a good chance that she will submit it, because her statement regarding why she didn't submit Fearless TV was very intentionally worded:

She said she wouldn't submit it only because Fearless had already won Grammys, she didn't say that she wouldn't submit any of the new re-recordings.

And since RED didn't win any Grammys, her statement wouldn't prevent a submission.

It could also be one of the reasons why she hasn't put out any new TV so far, because she wants to focus solely on RED TV for her Grammy submissions, just how she focused on evermore over Fearless TV last year.

 

That being said, I hope she doesn't submit it, because it is kinda fraudulent to essentially submit the same album from 10 years ago.

Best case scenario imo is that she only submits the new vault tracks, cause those are really the only "new" pieces of music.

Lover is her highest peaking album in both those countries, which says just enough about their taste I think  they seem to prefer corny Poplor over any other genre. Still, OTHs pretending like she hasn't cracked those markets is a kii considering all her pop albums are certified there.

The only Grammy submissions I could see Taylor doing in 2022  would be for All Too Well (TV) (TMV). I could see her trying to get it nominated in the country (or pop, it could go either way) song categories and then SOTY for sure. Taylor's been trying for SOTY for well over a decade, and this might just finally be her best shot, since I can't say there are that many shoe-ins for the category at this point 

Shortform video GRAMMY for ATW  submission is likely since she’s a director now.

I know it is irrelevant because radios only pay royalties to songwritters and publishers (performance royalties) and not master owners so she get the same money with old and TV versions, but glad to see that even the hateful country radio lobby is into the Taylor’s version doctrine
