OT: when do yall think we'll get trailer #2 or the tracklist? Want Golden Burning Sun officially confirmed already  but I'm anxious they might've botched the final version or turned it into one of the interludes because the second verse is pretty much just a repetition of the first anyway, but it really gives the song room to breathe, which would be lost if they shortened it to 1:30

It really opened my eyes on why the music isn't performing well though, because she actively is not playing into the overly personal, lore ridden shtick that is so prevalent in pop music rn thanks to Taylor and Taywannabes that these white girls regularly lose their **** over. As if Miley's recent hit isn't Flowers    And let's not pretend End of The World isn't watered down song tailer made to cater the GP (which is worse than the so called "white girls" taste in music). Just enjoy a cute musical adventure from your fav. 

This will probably be another #2 or #3 album won't it? Morgan Wallen's third week sales will probably still be 180,000+  I doubt this will manage over 100,000 first week if anything I can see it being closer to Younger Now first week sales at the momentum that it's going at.

Yes because this post is obviously about Flowers and not about Prelude and Something Beautiful  I thought my fellow Taylor stans would at least not lack in reading and media comprehension 

 

I heard from someone that works at MSG that she has a date booked around album release week for a one night only kind of thing.

Apparently according to an insider Backyard Sessions are also planned! Kinda makes me wish they simply started the era just 4 weeks before album release instead of 8 when apparently all the promo is planned to happen in that time frame.

It's probably for more preorders for the album. The longer it's up the more she gets most likely.

 

 But i do agree 4 weeks makes more sense.

Hold up! Just realized her next album will be her tenth and if she releases in 2027 it'll be the 20 year anniversary of her debut (HM2:)Meet Miley Cyrus. OH! I think it's time to dust that blond wig off for that ultimate career saviour Ms Cyrus!!! Double album HM5:MC10, HM5 filled with 10 surefire commercial bops and MC10 with 10 (somewhat more experimental but still akin to the Plastic Hearts sound) rock songs. This way she'll get the white girls back that have been crying for a Hannah comeback for the past 10 years (as if Miley literally isn't Hannah just without a wig ) and win back the small fanbase she gained during Plastic Hearts. And if she doesn't want to tour and give us a Best Of Both Worlds Tour 2.0 she could still do the Super Bowl and have her alter ego as her very own guest performer and just like that: career saved yet again after the Nagasaki bomb that will be Something Beautiful, oh the way she'll always have THEE ultimate ace up her sleeve whenever she's desperate enough to use it!

I love that this album isn't for casual listening so far. Something Beautiful song is really so nice. I kinda hate the loud obnoxious chorus but I also understand this album is about storytelling so I don't expect to just randomly play it in the car or while cooking etc.
