This was presented in court in the Newjeans trial, along the rest of the police investigation report that was heavily referenced by Sejong during oral arguments, but the judge has no obligation to take the police's findings into consideration when making a ruling, and he didn't. It's important to understand those civil trials are not investigations and don't look too deep into all the details. Simpler civil lawsuits can be very narrative driven. The judge is asked to pick which story is more likely between 2 stories, and in the Newjeans trial, he picked Hybe's story after a quick look at all the evidences presented. Hybe's legal strategy to overwhelm the judge with selectively compiled kakaotalk proved to be effective here.

 

The only lawsuit where the evidence presented may be examined more carefully is MHJ's shareholder case.

OMT is okay; I feel the same way about Meoww's Burning Up in that it's an enjoyable listen and it has all the right ingredients... but it's just missing that spark. Wicked and Famous were weird and annoying, but I was bopping! They were different and fun; OMT feels a bit safer.

 

Woochan looked and sounded great at the beginning, I was kinda hoping the second verse would be like his. Bailey and Youngseo are great as well. Annie and Tarzzan are serving useless and Tarzzan is styled poorly this time, so the hot-ish factor isn't even there. His verse is literal nonsense, and also, like, where's the bulge?? If you're bending out like that I should be able to see everything. I couldn't see ****, so what's the point?? Why waste my time like that.

Despite my jaw dropping every time they said "show you how we beat it up," or "let me beat it up," I actually didn't dislike the song like I anticipated I would . I'm sure it'll still be the weakest song on the album though. The b-sides always eat
