Reminds me of this stage...where TWICE members had yelling men on their parts, but Red Velvet members had screaming girls...the crowd sound was so different depending on who was in focus

TWICE really could've been history by now of their fanbase didn't shift to a more female audience. No wonder ggs don't pander to men anymore, they aren't loyal.

People are really trying to discredit TWICE and act like their success with KDH isn't truly earned. But the reality is, TWICE joined the KDH project without knowing how it would perform. First of all, it was an original media franchise, and not every soundtrack album is guaranteed to become a massive hit. In fact, the film initially used TWICE as the main selling point to promote itself, and nobody expected it to blow up the way it did. So of course TWICE deserve to benefit from the project. If the movie had flopped, people would've dragged TWICE for failing to carry the OST.  

 

Now, if another group were to hop on the sequel's OST, then it would be fair to discuss whether they're benefiting from Netflix's success, since by that point the franchise is already established and huge.

 

In short, TWICE helped build and promote KDH, and the numbers they are pulling right now from the project is still their achievement and part of their career resume.

Yeah like i've seen the usual drags in here saying "oh Twice used the kpop demon hunters clout"...like btch did they even know it was gonna be a phenomenon when they were approached for it? If anything, they were the main selling point for the franchise when it was being created, before it took a life of its own. So Twice legends were simply just focused on working and getting paid, and now they're reaping the benefits of their work. And I don't know a more deserving group of girls to have this happened to. Good things happen to good people sometimes and this is the proof
