The soundtrack on Spotify basically acts as a playlist. TWICE's "Takedown" is #1 and "Strategy" is #5 right after "Golden." It's also incredibly clear that the success is directly from the inclusion on the soundtrack because it pushed the solo "Strategy" version way past the version featuring Meg. EXO aren't on the soundtrack, let alone in prime positions, so I'm not shocked they didn't get a big boost.

 

"Strategy" featuring Meg was above the solo version for forever and now it's pulling less than 1/7th of the streams. They even changed the name of the song to include the film title! It's helped them so much that I heard a TWICE song for the first time in the wild in America.

because Call Me Baby by EXO wasn't included in KDH soundtrack like Strategy and Takedown. people are streaming the entire KDH soundtrack

 

EJAE, REI AMI and AUDREY NUNA all has 40M monthly listeners each on spotify right now because of how massive the album is

 

this isn't a shade but TWICE's 2 songs on the album are actually 2 of the least streamed songs on the album even though TAKEDOWN (TWICE ver) is literally #1 on the album and Strategy comes after Golden

The difference in album packaging and design between SKZ and the other JYP bgs (KickFlip, NEXZ, Xdinary Heroes) The company knows that SKZ will sell albums no matter what, so they have the audacity to not bother with the album packaging

JYP really deserved the draggings for giving SKZ the most basic album packagings ever. Cause when you look at other groups, you have groups like aespa who include CD-players or ENHYPEN who even included used pieces of clothing etc.

it's crazy how little Twice benefitted from KDH, the fact that they're literally track 1 but are still like 50 spots behind the Huntr/x version on Spotify

It's funny because all of the top groups are starting to get a lot more uniform and boring in album packaging. My guess is that production costs are rising. IVE fans are pissed that they're just getting photobooks in plastic and Aespa have stopped doing unique version covers (Dirty Work didn't have unique retailer covers and Whiplash's were painfully bad and hard to tell apart from the original cover). 
 

I'll be pissed if Rich Man doesn't get a plushie version.

These are nothing alike from a graphic design standpoint and they're also both nothing novel. I highly doubt ILLIT was their jumping off point.
