A Kelis mass leak just happened!

 

At least 17 songs, and it seems like most are from the sessions taken from her most recent project that never came out (I see 2019 dates).

wait, there's a Kelis and Sean Paul track that's a bop omfg.

 

"The War" seems to be "Waiting for War" from an early Kelis Was Here soundtrack.

Nothing sounds like Fleshtones. I think they're all new recordings, to the point where The War might be a new recording of the unreleased Kelis Was Here track. 

 

The Sean Paul track def is newer, since the same producer who did Midnight Snacks did that song.

I don't know where yall finding those, but new Kelis is always great.

Imo The War, Never Have I Ever, Prayer, S'acabó, Slow Down With Me (even though I don't like the production), For You and Ugly Side are the best songs.

 

Does she sing in For You?

 

I really don't get which direction she's aiming to. I hope she makes more songs like The War. I really like her voice but I wish she gave us more elaborated vocals.

just managed to listen to the leaks. too bad there's little information on their years. Tiktok sounds something made for the shelved 2012 album. there is lots of potential in some of these tracks, hoping to hear some on the upcoming album
