i feel like people are either gonna HATE or love rapunzel 

we learnt from the end of rockstar mv that the era was going to have 5 mvs/singles in total but assuming that born again was added later, we'll get 6 in total? or is she going to scrap one of them

elastigirl - sounds like Blackpink. this is the kind of music/lyrics that I was worried about when it comes to Lisa. fun but basic.

thunder - i like the Rihanna style verse. but it's giving kidz bop. probably won't keep this one, unless it turns out to be a major grower.

FUTW - once again a bit juvenile for me. definitely a Doja influence. the rap is ok but i don't want her going in that direction. it's going to cause trouble.

Rapunzel - it's not bad. but this confirms what i suspected, she's cursed with the CL/Iggy money money im a bad ***** fashion lyrics. all her raps are going to be this forever.

WIWY - nnn the verse is so Iggy. it's eating though. i much prefer her in the pop rhythmic space. sounds like this was probably Tyla's song originally. very cute.

Badgrrrl - not much to say about this one

Lifestyle - kind of bangs a bit. i can imagine myself putting this in a fun/drinking playlist. i think this one has more tiktok potential too.

Chill - these lyrics across the album are verrrryyy repetitive. ok this chorus tho ugh yes. omg please more swedish pop like this Lisa!!! this song separates you from Jennie and all the other rap and pop girls. do more songs like this please! omg i'm gonna play this a lot. i know atrl is gonna stan this one too. it's almost giving Ava Max.

Dream - obligatory ballad. imma pass on this one lol, she sounds nice though

does the Born Again mixing sound updated to anyone? the chorus sounds like a better blend between Lisa and Raye. it's not muddy anymore.

on first listen, the lyrics/attitude is turn off for me. I've grown out of that girl boss music. Teenage me would have been stanning hard. the album is fine, a good starting point for Lisa and I hope she continues to grow and refine her artistry.

 

i think the major issue with the rap bad ***** songs is she came with Rockstar, which is really good and the best version of these songs. so if you start with the best, you can only go down.

and the tyla collab is confirmed to have a video by a reliable insider

the megan collab also has a performance video as well as fxck up the world

the fact that we have zero idea on both's pre-order sales up to now since blinks and their solo stans arent buying on ktown but on their sites
