The Just Eat chanteuse just dropped a new album few weeks ago and she's nowhere to be seen promoting it or posting about it. what happened ?

This is the first smart decision she's taken this era. Disappearing from the public eye for a while is the best way of damage control for her 

What is there to promote? The best thing she can do is ignore this album to make the controversy go away and prepare for her tour.

The whole internet had a hate boner for hating on her, I would have vanished too.

I would also go into hiding after dropping an album as bad and poorly received as 143.

 

She and her team probably realize this era is DOA and it's best just to disappear for the time being.  She should quickly record a totally different next record to try to move on from this asap.

Yeah the deck was too stacked against her, no matter what did tried there's just no winning against a hate train this intense. Even supposedly respected music critics took part in it, worst MC score in history is just ridiculous

She probably fulfilled all the promo she had scheduled prior to the single/album coming out, and either she or her label decided to put additional promo to a halt.

Wasn't she the one with bad "satire"?!

Everyone knows atp that Capitol doesn't promote her enough, even when it's worthed, so we aren't surprised.

And also, commercially speaking aside, for years now Katy's been living her best life quite privately, with few big under-spotlight appearances (out of her work obv). She doesn't act unbothered, she truly is and she's right at it!

It's so good to seeing her disappear after she seriously thought a DR. LUKE ALBUM would put her again on top. Hope she learns her lesson
