  • At least Katy is singing on 143

  • 143, Britney didn't even make an effort to sing on her own album.

  • 143 had a vision. The problem is that it was an AI vision, but it had a vision. That alone makes it win, Britney Jean is just terrible and Britney wasn't even involved.

143 is a fun album with fun transitions and a concept. BJ is a fun album that Britney didn't even want to make. Both overhated, but I'll go with 143.

BJ has some solid tracks (like 'Perfume,' 'Hold on Tight,' 'Now That I Found You,' and 'Body Ache') and even an acclaimed and iconic lead single.

Too bad she's not singing on some of those, but I still prefer Myah Jean Marie over 143.

143 worst pop girl album of all time.

Luckily it took that title from BJ.

Both are bottom of the barrel albums (and I'm a Knee stan), but at least BJ has some highs (WB, Perfume, Hold on Tight, Alien, BMS, TIG). 143 is not only flat, but also forgettable

The hate for 143 is so overdone... It's not even a terrible album, just bland and outdated. BJ is worse track for track, but it has one of her signature songs which gives it the edge.

Britney Jean is trashy but catchy. Her worst album, but still usable.

I actually quite enjoy the middle-of-the-road tracks like "Perfume," "Chillin with You," and "Passenger." "Alien" is a nice lil hymn too.

The one where the singer on the title of the album actually sings the songs herself (143)

but in all seriousness, 143 is as basic and formulaic as it gets when it comes to pop music, but at least it flows well from beginning to end and it can be a pleasant background listen. Britney jean is unlistenable at times.

143 is offensively bad but Britney Jean is offensive in every way. Ironically both albums have decent to good covers. But the music :deadbanana2:

Britney Jean has Work B, Til It's Gone, Alien and Body Ache. I didn't like any of the songs on 143.

Btw britney jean has a higher critics score with 50 on metacritic

While 143 has a 37....

Case closed

I really don't get the hate for 143, sure it's her worst album since 2008 but it's still a good pop record and nowhere near as bad as something like Britney Jean

143 is bad and devoid of artistry, but BJ is straight up heinous :deadbanana:
