The Cure is a bop from first listen and I still remember all the hate surrounding it bc Gaga was "going with" the trend sound at the time. But that doesn't erase the fact that it's always been, has been and will always be a super fun catchy song

Disease I didn't like at first listen but I enjoy elements of it, mainly pre chorus but I can definitely see it growing on me after several more listens

 

The Cure: 8.7/10

Disease: 6.8/10

Idk what people are hearing but Disease sounds more like what you'd hear in Artpop tbh not TFM. It's very thematically akin to TFM, but not sonically

But it's a solid progression from Artpop

I find The Quran to be Gaga's weakest effort. Disease clears.

I do feel like I enjoy The Cure more than the average Liddo.

One's refreshingly nostalgic and the other is so mid 2010s. Disease.
