Why would she do that? You can hear them in the soundtrack. Also her singing in the soundtrack is very good and different, I don't know where the ''awful'' is coming from.

This album is pretty much jazz, soul, doo-***, very theatrical and musical. 

The art direction...I'm obsessed   And VERY excited at the idea of a character/concept album, I don't know what to expect but some of the clips have been giving rock and I'm 100% here for it.

Kinda was hoping this would be more in rock/alt world genre wise… still hype tho.

i completely believe Mr S as always, but it's just so weird to me considering all the snippets she posted gave rock/alt vibes

it's not about being trendy or whatever. it's about personal tastes and personally i wish it had no writing. -i- don't like when text obstructs artworks wether it's an album cover or anything else. i prefer it to be self explanatory and that's also the reason why a lot of album covers are textless. it can apply to a lot of visual things, not just album covers
