Can't wait to hear it, keeping my expectations low this time. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised.

Reissue, like Disco Guest List Edition, this is basically Tension and some new tracks (some rumours were also saying we could get audio of her Las Vegas residency, but that now seems very unlikely).

Is that Madison Beer situation, where the single was so good the label decided they want a whole album of this sound?

That's not the full tracklist, it's only the titles that could be made out on the leaked vinyl mock-up.

yeah.. it's all speculation until she actually announces sth (ig it takes so much time bc MOM flopped and they didn't/don't know how approach it).
