    Why not? He's a mediocre performer who has little to no stage presence, but he's currently in this White Guy With Guitar mode and so the straights will eat it up.  

    his last solo hit was circle and it was merely decade ago. make sense if he wanna invite everyone on stage for whole 'coldplay' segment

    Looks like he will, but in a few years, not the next one. Idk why, there are a bunch of contenders before him who might do it.
