If I were that lady, I would've responded to his "you can suck my d**k" by unbuckling, leaving my vehicle and getting on my knees.   I wish he'd go off on me, wow.

The way you were in the car behind them breathing heavy and waiting for your 8 big macs, 12 large fries, 6 double cheeseburgers, 5 20 piece nuggets, 2 apple pies, 4 quarter pounders and diet coke :jonny: I hope you got it, bestie

We live in a culture that enables this type of behavior in the name of "customer service." I'm sorry, but no one's dignity should be for sale. I'll always be supportive of service workers. Yeah, you might have some bad apples—but the majority of them are tired, overworked, disrespected time and time again and are just trying to do their best with what they have. It's so wild how people hold other people to standards of perfection, while simultaneously not reaching those very same standards themselves.

when my manager (a short, skinny woman) went outside too I thought she was going to try to make it stop but she started a fist fight with the customer :WAP:

and then I, as the goodie two shoes I am, was the only worker remaining in the restaurant with a bunch of confused guests and children :skull:

I've been cackling at this since this morning btw :rip: I have no more reactions to give

I'm more irritated by the fact that this was recorded rather than whatever the 2 men said or did. Why does the world need to know this went down when the customers could have filed a complaint privately as every normal person does? I hate that the phone has sort of become the digital equivalent of a gun.

The customer is not always right but this sexy guy went too far, however, this is fast food we are talking about, it is always a disaster on both sides.

At a branch of the fast-food franchise in Madison, the currently unnamed supervisor is said to have taken the order of two customers over the intercom, but as they approached the window to get their food the couple were told the restaurant had now closed.

So apparently the restaurant had closed for the day and the couple wanted food. :biblio: As someone who's worked in customer service before, these types of entitled customers are the worst.
