I totally agree. I loved the concept but the execution could have been better. I am embarrassed to say it, but after 2 minutes, I got a little bit bored...It would have been better if she hadn't stayed on the chair all the time. It was impressive, yes, but a little bit monotonous. 

I cannot believe I'm saying this, but the performance she gave us last night was one of her worst. We all kept staring at the TV in hope that at least something interesting might happen.  And then that dull, mumbling of Tattoo to top it all of. 

Are we actually getting an album?

I mean, she has literally announced a tour for next year and will perform in various European festivals. 

 

I think that Forever will climb slowly but steadily in the charts just like Is It Love did.

I don't really care about charts. I would be happy if she just released music. But that's the problem, she hardly releases any. In my opinion, there's nothing worse for pop artists than waiting too long. She should just release the album, no matter how it charts. I heard that she wants to release the album in 2025? If she releases the album in January/February, before the tour, then she'll be fine I guess. But by the time the album will be released, the momentum will be totally lost unless her team and label do something. Respectfully, Forever was not even promoted properly and the general public did not even care about its release. 

 

I respect her decision to release music when she feels like it. I don't believe that she should be a slave to the music industry and release new songs often just for the sake of releasing them. But sometimes I think that this is a reason why she kinda sabotaged all of her chances to become even more popular...

Has Loreen's team sent the song to any big radios or put it to any big playlists yet? Don't get me wrong, the streams are not bad but they are not great either. I think that Is It Love was gaining a little bit more streams by now, no?

the question still remains: is she going to serve a music video for this or not. 'forever' def needs good visuals but it seems it has to join her 'good songs with no videos' club as tattoo, original paperlight, statements, sötvattentårar, in my head, body etc.

Is It Love was good!

 

I think she struggles getting budgets for music videos usually. With Neon Lights they had a cement factory on Gotland and a dream 

 

The visualiser for Forever seemed like it took a bit of work so we'll see what they have planned.

When she was signed to that big record label I thought we'd finally get great videos...  Is It Love was actually ok, and I expected something like this for Forever but with different aesthetics - I wouldn't even mind just that ESC performance chair and some lightning in a minimalistic shoot. This song would be much better with good visuals to be honest

Now that she's not signed to any major labels, I am a little bit worried about the budget. TaP Music is a good management but they cannot fund everything by themselves. And I doubt Promised Land Records have Universal Music's budget.

 

I don't think that Forever will get a music video, even if they wanted to shoot one, it's kinda late considering festival season is starting soon and Loreen will be busy with rehearsals, preparations etc.
