This is such an easy listen. I must've listened 15 times to it today.

Now this is a timely single, not whatever that last song was. Probably one her best songs.

I know exactly what you mean. In my head she released an album in the Summer (early July) of 1996 with the Allure songs, Slipping Away, Make You Happy, a cover of Soon as I Get Home (that little snippet of her singing it, Oh my...) and a cover of Every Breath You Take (this being the lead single) There is an AI version of the latter on YouTube and I know Mariah would've turned this into a quintessential ballad. Getting goosebumps just thinking about it

I want Rarities II. There's so much material left. I want the MIAMTEC songs, Hope Street you will always be famous. OT: She could've given us the Allure demos, especially Last Chance. I just know she devoured that one.

Can we appreciate for a moment that gem from Music called 'Gone'?? OT: Fragile – One Step Away – Danceteria are my most played tracks so far. Love Sensation's also been hitting HARD lately.

Birds of Prey, Stronger Than Ever, and Lift Me Up should've been the three singles, with Birds of Prey being the lead. Truly some of the best tracks in her discography! What a tremendous mismanagement/sabotage of her career. The one thing they got right was the imagery, which remains, together with Back to Basics, her best. If only they'd allowed her to follow through with her vision, it could've been a cult classic, as someone already said.

Wait, she's not performing No Tears Left To Cry???

She better release Forgive Yourself! I hate when artists tease a title/song and then not release it.
