What's the key to SOS' longevity?

It seems like SOS' reign is endless. How come is it still #4 on BB200 after more than 15 months when "MPG's" are struggling to make it out of week 2?

Versatile great music, unique melodies, genre blending, long album with few filler, great production, smash singles, smash album tracks…etc

She’s truly the people’s artist; her rise has been organic in a way that you don’t really see anymore. The fact that people were left waiting for the album for as long as they were, and it being excel

it's a great album and sza has had a huge following since ctrl

i don't know why atrl acts like she's some rising artist

I would like to know as well, her voice is so irritating to me

this project showed how versatile she is, and each song essentially had the SZA touch

Good music. Having big pre-release singles also helped to give the album legs before it even started. And Kill Bill + Snooze were excellent singles.

SZA is like Queen of RnB/Pop right now

People love her. Also longevity is helped by the fact that she has quite a small discography right now. So she will have great run imo.

Small discography plus smash hits plus gp support. She is winner here.

Good Days still doing 1.2m+ on Spotify and charting higher than KB on AM is insane too

Also the “flop” single Nobody Gets Me has also been doing 1M+ Daily on Spotify and high on US AM too :jonnycat:

years of edging the public with snippets, and singles with years of distance apart. giving us the ultimate eargasm that’s lasting the test of time

It's organic like with The Weekend. People genuinely love her voice and artistry. She doesn't need million vinyl versions and mentally unstable, cult like fanbase living through their fave streaming/touring stats, because the don't have anything going in their own lifes.

3 big singles. And I feel like she’s the only r&b girl that gets a ton of support from hip hop fans nowadays
