Selena Gomez has lupus which makes her face swell from time to time

the second photo is so scary

i actually thought these were edited to make her look bad but they’re real…

if it’s a affect from her lupus i understand but i really hope she didn’t touch up her beautiful face

Do people judge others just for aging? I know she has lupus, but her face becomming more gaunt is just natural as she is loosing the fat in her face like all people eventually do.

She has an autoimmune disease, leave her alone. We all know by now she has lupus and had a kidney transplant and that the medications she has to take make her face look different so these kinds of threads that are clearly baiting negative comments about her appearance are really frigging mean spirited.

She looks fine imo. However, the insistence by her fans that lupus/medication is the reason her face has changed so much is such a cope. She’s had ample work done.

I'm sorry but lupus does not make you look like a mashup of the old selena gomez, madonna, and blair waldorf 

She's had Lupus for years and her face never looked like this. I understand if her face was getting puffy bc of medications and then returning to normal, but you cannot deny she doesn't look like her default state/variations of it.  I hope she remains healthy and it was not any work done on her face. I'm not even kidding, I would not even recognize her if I saw those pics.

its actually disgusting to talk about her face or weight gain like this considering her chronic illness..
