Overuse of fillers or a severe facelift that needs to set?

She's in her 40's and had her third child last year, of course her face is not going to be as svelte as it was in her 20's.

if so why wouldn’t she lose the weight first.. 

she definitely did something to her eyes but i think the overall puffiness is from the baby weight/water retention.

anyway imagine being one of the most beautiful women of all time and thinking of altering your face like that. my fave Saintgelina can't relate

I can imagine even being called the most perfect woman alive can be a lot of pressure on someone, they will feel like they always need to be perfect despite age and other factors, they are likely to feel insecure when they don't look the same and are likely to look for ways to achieve that level of perfection again.

she is clearly has some works done and its sad that she thinks thats she needs that, there`s a couple years she looked so botched but now the filler/botox is settle and she still look good.

We cannot expect her to look like a goodness she was in her 20s 30s, i have such a huge crush for her VS days . Hopefully she aged naturally and dont touch too much plastic surgery
