This is false, they have released at least 8 korean songs that were perfectly eligible this year. One song that was immediately proposed as a winner was Body to body, because it directly samples the Arirang folk song and has received a lot of praises. Considering all of that, they would have easily win that category this year. I am seeing this narrative being spread everywhere and it is really weird. Maybe it is time to reconsider your bias if you have to spread blatant lies so you can dismiss their complaint.
