I will NEVER undertsand why Too Good wasnt a single lmfao, it was a SMASH waiting to happen just sitting there and they did nothing with it

Probably because Rihanna had TIWYCF & Needed Me while Drake was smashing with One Dance/Controlla. It was impossible to release it that summer and pointless for the fall but yeah it did great on its own

to be fair drake barely released singles after one dance, controlla barely even released as a single despite also being a smash hit

It wasnt impossible at all lmao, even if they released it and it charted below the rest of those songs, it would have smashed. It was dumb as **** to not drop it.

I always felt like it was one of those songs that could easily become viral on tiktok and get a second life.
