Most of Nicki's recent sample-heavy songs are laughably bad.

i think in OP they used the sample well but the song just lacks overall. feels rushed unfortunately.

Any song that just reuses the drop and doesn’t do anything smart. Songs like Out Out (Alors on Danse) and Kim’s Alone (Better Off Alone)

 

If the sample is reworked and changes the song it works best but no one is creative enough anymore. Think what Kanye did with songs like Stronger or Good Life or pretty much anything

Mariah’s Loverboy (Firecracker Version), it’s not good at all and even Mariah doesn’t like it. The Candy sample works so much better
