Agreed. They just need to promote it properly but it sounds great to me.

I think a visual and performance would do things for this song  

The song stayed the same for years.. I don't get the point of dropping this as a single

This was tragic as **** mixing wise and it's just a boring ass lead vocal with no adlibs or anything idk what the **** I just listened to

Normani keeps getting sabotaged.. I wanted her Calvin Harris single to come out so bad but it went to another artist instead. 😢

Not the same production. This is gonna flop 

This rollout is diabolical. Only chance is for it to take off organically.

Given the song was already leaked a year ago and snippets were used in the Bose commercial campaign earlier this year you would think they would have done something fresh.

 

I think they have all given up and are just going through the motions of releasing the album and preparing to move on.

This sounds so bad… and not the actual song itself. The mixing, the slowed production… this could've been such a moment smh.

Now that I'm listening with headphones on, this is actually really good

 I love her delivery...but yeah we're going to need a video to really elevate the song

Agreed. This needed to be sent to a different producer for some elevation

I really like this  wish this rollout wasn't so messy

Doja Cat would've devoured as a feature on this track... REMIX... make it happen Miss Mani

 

I like the demo better.  

 

It could just be that I've listened to the demo so much for so long that it'll just take time to adjust to this new version... but as others have said it just feels like it is mixed weirdly.
