Michael Jackson was unstoppable from Off the Wall to Dangerous and that’s late 70s to early 90s. 

 

Taylor Swift has done what most artist can’t and that’s replenish her fanbase as older fans age out of being stans. But even that runs out. I still see a decade of dominance.

Yes, after She finishes Her re-recordings and then finally comes out as bisexual. 

No, she's too massive. I see her maintaining commercial success for another 10-15 years.

I can’t see these newer artists surpassing her the way she has surpassed every female artists that comes before her. But she will decline of course but everyone will also decline during that time. She’s the music industry. Somehow, she will always stay here.

I do think she will leave music for a long long time though to focus on her personal life/start a family one day. 

Well we all thought she was declining after Lover, so of course it’s possible. But her relevance and popularity has never been higher so I don’t see it happening anytime soon.

This will be a hard pill to swallow for some people in this website, but no. Well, at least not for at least another 10 years. Maybe even more. Aside from being a great songwriter and artist, she has quite the knack for the business side of things as well. She is smart. She knows how and when to shake things up to keep people interested, and we've seen this time and time again.

Didn't she somehow decline during the end of Reputatio (End Game tanked hard) and during/after Lover? but she was too smart so she revived it real swiftly.

After bouncing back from Lover's "decline" I don't think so  her fanbase is simply too big and loyal. She will likely retire/take an extended break before ever declining 

I think once Gen Alpha dominates the market she’ll be more irrelevant, but she’ll be in her 40s by then, so I can still see her being a force for the rest of the decade.

 

She will be an Eminem type artist by the 2030s... Im sure she'll be in different ventures by that point, directing perhaps? She'll occasionally release an album a la Eminem w Kamikaze and a massive lead single then drop off the Earth w zero promo.

 

I dont see her return to country era anytime soon. Probably 2035 at the earliest.

I feel it has already started with her songs (not albums) . Anti hero is the exception cause I hear it all the time. It all just depends on the kind of music she makes

Yes. Re-recordings project helped her and delayed the inevitable 

Of course she will just like every other legend, but swifties are so loyal I don’t think she’ll ever dip below a 200k debut for a new project even if the album falls like a rock right after 

She’s threatening us to release another 5 albums in the next two years, so... 

Quality wise she already has

 

Success is driven by her fan base, they will grow up eventually plus there is only so much vinyl plants and gimmicks that can be done tho
