They are kinda similar but not at the same time. BP’s “pink” concept is more mature serving Ariana Grande compared to RV’s “red” concept which serves kidz bop. 
While BP’s “black” concept being girl crush and RV’s “velvet” concept being sensual r&b.

 

Anyways we need BP to do more pink/velvet concept while RV doing more black/velvet concept! They both need to balance it out more!

They’re probably coming 4/21. They have that weekend off from touring (dates are 4/15, 4/16, 4/29 and 4/30) and it gives SM enough time for Taeyeon (I’ll bet 4/3 or 4/10) and NCT Tokyo. 
 

Plus, their new girl group is doing a showcase in two weeks so I’d expect they’ll be teasing them all April long for a May debut. And then we have Red Velvet in June.
