RV literally has a dual concept and it's clearly defined, they even have whole albums and concepts based on it.

YG did have the dual concept in mind when creating BP, but they just decided to scrap the pink concept completely compared to the black after they got global recognition with “D4” and went for that sound most of their career ever since. 

RV is the opposite where it’s the velvet concept being scrapped almost compared to the red concept. So we can also say that RV dual concept is N/A these days, like both groups debuted with dual concept but ended up sticking to one concept in the end
