I think he had a surgery to retouch his nose a while back and that changed his face completely although he kinda looked more "manly". But then he had to do another facial surgery after he hit himself with a golf club and I guess this is the result of it. I met him in London after his first surgery tho, and he is still one of the prettiest idols I've ever seen
