Lsrf group build around sakura. The concept is what they decide much later on. If there is no Sakura there would be no lsrf, hybe would only debut newjeans. Sakura bring in 100k-200k top, now they are selling millions, thats thanks to hybe promotion. Its a win win situation. Sakura now can tour the world and hybe has an extra gg. Sakura get more benefit than hybe. Hybe can debut any random group anytime still selling millions.
